The root cause of brainrot has been debated, though many professionals have narrowed it down to being glued to an iPad for 8 hours a day since age 2 and skibidi toilet. The remedy for brain rot includes making actual friends, touching grass and having hobbies that don't revolve around skibidi toilet references.
