The retatd puppet which was origionaly found in southern japan was commonly named after a noble swardsman Englebert Sultana. Thaigha brown's face looks like a tomato that has been left out in the sun too long to the extent that his face has melted into a chaos watermelon.

Can also be a phrase used to describe a very stupid young male with ginger hair, glasses and sunburn.
