Social Drunk

A social drunk is an individual who only cares to drink in social situations, however in doing so, has no reservations with regards to their alcohol intake. They lack the ability to regulate their drinking. These individuals, in the course of their social interactions, will find they quickly move pass the relaxed, feel-good state commonly induced by small quantities of alcohol and arrive at a heavy state if inebriation.

Sally is definitely a social drunk. She never drinks unless it's girls night, than all bets are off. She will never be without a full glass and within an hour or two, we're helping her to her feet.

When a person is drinking alcoholic beverages they reach the stage where they lose power to control their voice, have poor coordination of their limbs, and tend to knock things over.
