no-shit guy

A formidable man who says what he means, expects others to do the same and is disinclined to tolerate discourteous behavior from others.

The term first entered the popular lexicon following the release of the film "Cadillac Man". In the film, the character of Larry (played by Tim Robbins) is holding a group of people hostage. He releases some of the hostages, but instructs them to tell the police that "I'm a no-shit guy." The hostages then run from the building one by one, screaming "He's a no-shit guy!"
"Jimmy's a no-shit guy, he told me he'd be here, and so he'll be here."

"Whatever you promised Mike, you'd better deliver. He's a no-shit guy."

Random Money Guy

A random guy who follows you around and every time you do something worth getting paid for but no one else will pay you, he will. Originated in GTA: San Andreas under the pseudonym "insane stunt bonus," but has since been seen in Israeli airports and other unexpected locales.
I just drove my car off a cliff, did a double flip, and landed right side up, so Random Money Guy gave me $22!

I just drove my motorcycle off a building, flipped 3 times, did a quadruple corkscrew, and landed on the roof of a truck on my feet, so Random Money Guy gave me $136!

I just lost all my luggage on the flight, so Random Money Guy gave me $75!

this guy

Used to signal idiocy in others by fabricating a sympathetic audience or camera, accompanied by looking in the other direction and gesturing towards the person at fault. Not specific to males.
If someone says or does something that deviates from the normal activities or expectations of the current social company, "this guy" could be used.

An employer that asks a slacker to do his job may look at other coworkers, or just away from the boss, and motion towards the employer with exasperation and say "this guy."

Taken from movies that have characters who "time out" to talk to the camera.

Good guy

A co-worker or acquaintance who is less than amusing, annoying, sometimes deceitful, and can cause negative feelings toward others around him. However the person referencing the “good guy” is perhaps of the same definition therefore defining himself as a “good guy”!
He’s a good guy, but I would not want to be around him outside of work.

(Name) is a good guy but I don’t think he’s leadership matierial.

Lazy as all get out, but he’s a good guy!
