This is when you take a shit and you are super constipated and it is really hard to come out. In the end, it is just a few little pebble sized nuggets. Hence, "Pebble Beach" it is a touch golf course and it is named after pebble's.

Someone who goes to the beach and doesn't even go in the water. They usually just complain the whole time. Total buzzkill, man! The beachweenie also tends to wear a fishing hat (even though they don't fish), lame wraparound sunglasses, and too much sunglasses.

A phrase used to define a dress code for an event party (example a 24th birthday party). The combination of smart casual clothing with beach apparel. A person may claim he/she personifies this phrase. The style suggests sandals over heels for comfort and ease on the sand.
