It’s where you make sure someone won’t do something before they make a decision.
Like Dude 2 is concerned about dude 1’s health so he is making sure dude 1 doesn’t do anything to put his health in danger

Dude1: I’ve bee feeling really down lately...
Dude2: Well, at least don’t go back to cutting
Dude1: I won’t, thank you for your Pre-Concern

Pre-Adult Syndrome

Refers to feeling Depressed, Horny, Anxious, unprepared, and or lonely due to being at an age where you are transitioning between child and adult, usually between 18-26.

I am sorry, but these feelings you are suffering from are often those associated with "Pre-Adult Syndrome" and the uneasiness of not knowing what your future will look like.

The not quite ketchup fluid that comes out before the ketchup. This can be remedied by giving the bottle a good shakin' before you squeeze.

What's worser? A pre-course is no real course in a meal buffet, it's tantamount to Prince William's marriage to Kate Middleton.

You don't get the main course and the dessert and the hors devours because you did a pre-course, and by now she's devoured other men's' dicks and balls at Disney.

Pre-TSD

Severe paranoia that extremely consumes and transforms a person’s perspectives and way of life in the anticipation of a specific traumatic event that is yet to happen.

Pre-TSD is when a person is so mentally sure that doomsday is coming that they live in a mode of preparation and abandon their normal lifestyles in fear of the day it comes. This personal recognizes what appears to be symobolic synchronizations as factual patterns that act as triggers towards their stress disorder.
