A form of baiting that substitutes engagement with pathologization. Instead of addressing arguments, the Grassbaiter diagnoses the speaker: "touch grass," "take your meds," "you need therapy," "go outside." The term derives from the classic "touch grass" insult—meaning you're so online you've lost touch with reality—but extends to any attempt to frame the other person as mentally unwell, socially maladjusted, or psychologically broken.
