The subtly art of documenting nothing, making shit up & drowning the project team in a high frequency, flurry of emails mid project; thus parcing it off as part of the original project scope & sneaking it into the product back log at no cost. Causing the project team to implode as they all attempt to throw each other under the bus.
A long lost cousin to love boming, can also be called 'scope bombing'. Can apply to a range of industries including construction. These are all red flags.

Builer B 'Allg lad, we'll get the boss to vibe invoice them. We'll celebrate with that imported beer at arvo knock offs & send a note to his parole officer."
