When someone "spits their dummy out", you catch the metaphorical dummy and peg them with it. Saying " you need to pick you dummy back up before I peg you with it"!

Fudge pegging

To be pegged whilst still wearing your pants (usually with no time to remove them)

Phil and Sylvia were feeling horny but before he was even ready, Sylvia had the dildo strapped on. He looked in horror as she strode towards him purposefully because he’d had no time to remove his pants. Sylvia steamed in and gave him a good fudge pegging. He was left totally fudge pegged.
