He is the type of man who has many fans but not a lot of real friends, but the friends that he does have, he makes a huge impact in there life. You will regret letting him go. He is independent. brave. loving. caring. But knows how to say no.

A legal principle, translating from the Latin as, "the law does not concern itself with blowjobs", based on the more well known phrase, "de minimis non curat lex", which means, "the law does not concern itself with trifles." cessat ratione legis, cessat et ipsa lex

a) a Latin phrase meaning (original meaning): if the rationale behind a law fails, so should the law (i.e. it is potentially time to replace said law, since it may n o longer serve its intended purpose)

b) (my new and improved English translation of the phrase): a nicer way of saying " repeal and replace" old and possibly antiquated laws)
