Named after the infamous legal battle between Theodore and Garfield Rosenfeld when their father made them choose between two undisclosed keys as their inheritance. One key was to a safety deposit box containing his fortune while the other was to a large vault filled with freshly baked pancakes. Theodore (who drew the key to the locker) eventually sued Garfield for a quarter of the fortune.
