Quite simply an ugly chubby lady.

A good example of this is Kelly Osbourne, pre weight loss. She is now simply ugly, however before weight loss, she was one of the most famous chugley's in the world.

Living in Chula Vista

Chula Vista is full of mostly mexicans. It has a lot of drivers from Mexico with BAJA CALIFORNIA license plates so they drive like maniacs. It feels ghetto, but there are worse places. People that live in chula vista claim to love it here but they probably just got used to their surroundings. Chula Vista does not feel like the nicer parts of San Diego and the area mostly has fast food, department stores, a terrible mall, and tons of Mexican food restaurants.

Living in Chula Vista is boring as fuck and we should be grateful it is close to San Diego

Chulajuana

A rural suburb of San Diego, close to the Mexican border. AKA Chula Vista, Chulajuana is known for its lower income citizens who work multiple jobs to support their extensive families and its plethora of Taco shops. Many enjoy the luxuries of having nice cars, aftermarket wheels, or both, but cannot afford to maintain their vehicles properly, leaving them stranded with 3 kids, 2 babies, and a dog.

Do not open an auto repair store in Chulajuana unless you carry cheap wheels, because most will go to Tijuana and have their cousin repair their car for $20.
