There are several defenitions of a Laffy Taffy

First, a Laffy Taffy, is, of course, a delectable sweet produced by Nestle. Children and adults of all ages enjoy this treat.

The second defenition is slightly more complex.
Yes, a laffy taffy is a posterior, generally female, but, more specifically, a "laffy taffy" is when said female is shaking her ass and, after she stops shaking it, the ass continues to jiggle for a couple of seconds (depending on the size of the ass). The process of the ass still jiggling even after its owner has stopped shaking it is known as the "laffy taffy".

Actually, the derivation of this word is as follows (from the racial slur database): "The Taff is the name of the river that runs through Cardiff, the capital of Wales. Also from a poem that starts: "Taffy was a Welshman, Taffy was a thief...." Another explanation is that Taffy is based on an English pronuciation of the common Welsh first name, "Daffyd" (David)."

a combination of two words to form a strong Welsh insult. Taffy- a derrogitory term for welsh people... the equivilant of, possibly even worse, than calling an affrican-american a nigger... and bellend being the tip of a penis. One might a call a dumb welsh fuck a taffy bellend.

No-Laffy Taffy

The kind of poo that has a taffy-like consistency. It takes gernerous amounts of time, energy, and willpower to release this stretchy, elongated, demon-of-a-shit, which usually results in serious injury, possibly death. The bearer of the poo will never be laughing before, during, or after said poop, hence the name the No-Laffy Taffy.
