Plan to escape or extract one's self from an uncomfortable, boring, or otherwise unpleasant situation by means of bootie call, premediated date, prostitute, or other means of generally available/easily arranged coitus. Etymology of term derived from business term "exit strategy" making this term especially popular with venture capitalists, attorneys, yuppies, and anyone else who abuses business jargon.

Phew, that meet and great was so boring - luckily I leveraged my executive admin, Courtney as a sexit strategy so I could divest myself from a particularly non-value add situation, and move forward with a hostile takeover of her cooter.

A very good song the first time I heard it but since then has gotten to the point where I was in a Theater meeting and got asked my name and I said "Stacey" and they asked me if my mom had it going on!?!?!?!

me - "Hi, I'm Stacey."

boy - (starts huming 'Stacey's Mom') "Hey! Has your mom got it going on???"
