A goatee that has patches or looks thin/ugly. The implication made that their goatee looks like ball hair.

Generally found on a teenager who has never shaved before and growing their first goatee.

"Hey there, I see your growing a scrotee."

Scrot, a term used to describe one expectorating on hand and proceeding to masturbate, or the act of a female using her saliva to make one ejaculate.

Noun

Scrotter, a person in scrot nation who has made a heroic act to benefit the group. Scrotters can move up through ranks and become master scrotters (if male), or queens (if female) The term Scrot can also be used to describe the compound of semen and saliva.
