He's known to be a garden gnome who harasses innocent civilians at night often shouting "LETS GET ROOOIIIGGT INTO THE NOOSE". KKKeemstar is rumored to be part of the KKK due to his racism in the past against an innocent guy named Alex.

Keemstar is also known to play th victim card all the time. He always carries one with him too.
