She also co wrote "Party in the USA" sung by Miley Cyrus. Justin Timberlake called her the best singer in the world and Britney Spears is a fan of her.

Has a British accent but sings in an American accent. Real name is Jessica Ellen Cornish. Jessie J came top of the BBC's Sound of 2011 list and received Critics' Choice at the 2011 BRIT Awards.
