They will often send pictures of the great time they are having because others chose to go home and enlighten themselves with a Netflix series. Often the pictures they share are contribute to a false narrative they’ll share the next time they see the person enlightened by the Netflix series they chose to watch.

This allows them to reinforce a superficial personality and to appear to be an expert when they point out every minor change made in adaptation.
