Meaning something very good or righteous; Can be used conversely with bad things (i.e. smalltime, tinytime, etc.); Anything put in front of "time" dictates how good or bad the object/situation (i.e. Bill Gates time=Hugetime, Justin Bieber time= tinytime).

Ryan: Damn, that girl's tits last night were on point.
Matt: Yeah, they were hugetime.
Ryan: Maxi Mounds time!

Pee hugger

A man who, when entering a public restroom, and upon surveying the available urinals, chooses to pee at the urinal right next to another guy, ignoring the fact that 4 other urinals are empty. Not necessarily a homosexual act, just one of inexplicable cluelessness.

Charlie in accounting is a real pee hugger. I thought I felt his pee spray on my leg, even though there were 5 other empty urinals.

A person who is constantly caught hanging around his or her own neigborhood. This word associates with unemployed people, small time drug dealers, housewives and welfare recipients who have no other place to loiter.

My brother has no job, has six kids and always hanging on the block, guess you can call him a block hugger.
