Hooah

Derogatory term for Army Soldiers, because of the fact they respond with hooah for any question given to them.
Sailor 1: Why do we have to wear these stupid reflective belts?
Sailor 2: I's because the Hooahs are fucking retarded and can't look both ways before crossing the street.

Marine: Oh man whats that smell? It smells like fucking Hooah!

Hoodhattan

An area of Manhattan that is the hood, where your white friends don't go unless they're copping drugs. This can be anywhere such as large parts of Uptown Manhattan, but not limited to as there are hood blocks in many neighborhoods.
I live in the city... you just forget because I live in Hoodhattan and not Whitehattan.

Hoohah

The word "hoohah" was a running gag in the early years of Mad, often exclaimed by characters in the comic book issues written and edited by Harvey Kurtzman. Its somewhat Eastern European feel was a perfect fit for the New York Jewish style of the magazine. Kurtzman liked using Yiddish expressions and nonsense words to humorous effect, and the very first story in the first issue of Mad was even titled "Hoohah!" The word's precise origin is unknown, although it may have sprung from the Hungarian word for "wow," which is hűha 1).
