Also known as Hawaii Route 63

It is one of three main highways passing through the Koʻolau mountain on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi.

Likelike Highway is pronounced LEE-keh-LEE-keh.
It is sometimes mispronounced by haoles/mainlanders/foreigners as like-like.
