Flippy

Flippy is commonly used as a term to light-heartedly insult.

Like plonker, flippy means a silly or goofy person.

Flippy is not meant to insult - it is a fond way of remarking on a persons lack of intelligence in that brief moment.

1: I spilt water all over the floor!
2: Oh, you flippy.

I was such a flippy earlier - I messed up my audition for the play!
