One whose ego (or attitude) is so large that their head, literally, looks fatter.

To be used as a Term of Endearment. Can also be used in exasperation.

Mary: "Who is the OG Fatty Fat Head?'
Sarah: "Umm... I'm pretty sure that's Randee Jo"
Mary: "Ooohh..."

Christina: "Stop being a Fat Head and come pick me up!"
Caitlin: " What the hell does that even mean?!? Is that even a phrase?"
Christina: "Look it up on Urban Dictionary, it's there"

Perhaps the only joke that crosses all known cultures, races, and religions. A formula for laughter as old as comedy itself, fatty fall down occurs when a fatass falls over.

Dick: "Dude, did you see that lard butt tumble off the stairs?"

Johnson: "Yeah, dude, everyone was laughing their asses off. Even the fat guy was, and he was shaking like a plate of Jell-O."

fatty in disguise

A fatty in disguise is usually a woman who uses deceptive tactics to conceal her large body mass. She will often wear black to slim her figure or wear large multicolored garments as a distraction to her prey. When online, the FID will often take pictures at awkward angles and these photos will usually only be head shots.

With practice and experience, a man can quickly spot a fatty in disguise and avoid wasting his time and energy.

"Mary's online dating profile looked really good, and she had a lot of nice headshots. I enjoyed talking to her on AIM and the phone. But after doing some stalking on google, I found out that she's really a fatty in disguise, a fat, wretched, beast of a woman."

Dungy Futterman

Dungus "Dungy" Furttustus (later changed to Futterman after the Great Vegan War). Dungy was a legendary warrior during the Great Vegan War, remembered especially for his brave acts during the Battle of the Pluto Colony, after which he was sponsored by Monster Energy. In his final battle, he finally spilled all of his grease. He died in the arms of his best friend and brother in arms Melmen Hanson. Some believe he never died, and legend has it he went into hiding deep in the Ethiopian rain forrest after the wars. But we may never know.

Joey: Yo, that guy is so cool!
Chad: How cool?
Joey: Pfff, almost as cool as Dungy Futterman.
Chad: Damn.
