Ginger Drive-By

An English tradition where the lower classes hurl vocal abuse at those with hair of the various shades of red as they drive past. The abusers, usually in trios, with the small scrawny one in the middle, drive around in grubby white vans covered with cliche scrawling of "Clean Me" & "Vickey <3 Steve". Being of lower intelligence they not only attacking the unfortunate redhead but also the English language. Our pastey friend has no time to mount a defence as the van draws off into the distance.

Van slows as it passes. A Ginger Drive-By is now inevitable.
Man : "Oi! Ginga pybes! Ya fackin caint!"
Van speeds off
Ginger : "Huh?"

drive by conversation

Usually happens on an instant messenger. A person will quickly sign on, leave you a rude remark, and then sign off before you have the chance to respond. It'd be harder to do in a person to person conversation because you could easily kill them.
