A proposition of ontologistics (historical aestheticism) that scapegoating never disappears it merely switches references (contra-referentializes).

A postulation of historical aestheticism that argues that the West escaped institutional religious superstition ie. scapegoating by the employment of racial scapegoating eg. colonialism.

Implies that rationalism can never fully escape religion.
