A low ranking person within an organizational structure who takes every opportunity to insist on adherence to procedure in lieu of actual power. An unknown person deep in a bureaucracy who will or should have done something. A person within an organizational structure with whom we don’t know or care about. Military in derivation.

That choggie made me fill out a form to get my boots replaced.

Well I guess it’s up to that choggie to forward my TPS reports wherever.

Derogatory term similar to 'chink'. Used to describe person of chinese origin. Possibly originated Hong-Kong circa 1991.

I wish I hadn't referred to Mr. Miyagi as a choge, as he is in fact from Okinawa.
