A figurative (idiom) school punishment for when a Chilean school child or school children. When a Chilean child or children at school act up, they get sent to a wood chipper specialized for children that grind every bit in their body. Figuratively, of course. It just means the corner. Don't ban me.

Noun. Refers to a modification of the traditional forestry mulching machine known as a "woodchipper," wherein there are hurricane fans that swiftly guide annoying dogs, especially ankle-biters, into a robust woodchipper, ending those annoying barks and, best of all, you get a lot of taco meat as a result!
John: Bruh, tacos sound good for dinner.
Tyler: We're out of beef. If you're truly dead-set on tacos, we can always throw the dog in the woof-woof chipper. We'd have plenty of taco meat!
John: Fuck yeah bro; excellent idea! Come on O' Yeller, time to meet the woof-woof chipper!

A person who, while standing up at a urinal, launches his urine out so hard and heavy, it can break (or chip) the porcelain.
Jason can stand 15 feet away from the urinal and still comfortably navigate his urine in for a safe landing. It's the reason we call him a porcelain chipper.

Just as a Baker's Dozen historically refers to 13 (typically as bread rolls), A Chipper's Dozen refers to some number greater than that which was ordered, typically applied to Potato Cakes / Potato Scallops / Potato Fritters. In any such case, the customer will order and pay for some number of these fried delights and typically receive something like 1.3 to 1.5x that number. More typically this applies to an order less than a dozen, so it is more useful (though more cumbersome) to describe a "Chipper's half-dozen".
"Order 67! - 8 potato cakes."
"Yep, that's me."
"Yeah no worries. A few of these looked a bit puny so I threw in a couple more for ya."
"Thanks mate. Whoa thanks, there's like 10 in here or maybe more?"
"You're alright - just a standard Chipper's dozen."
