Buge

1.Adjective. Buge is a kind of individual that can be spotted in the streets of NYC, many times bugis (the plural of buge) are hunted for sport by wallstreet workers (usually made fun of, get harassed by). Bugis many times, scare people in the subway, causing trouble, making incoherent speech, and blurting out about religion and many other irrelevant topics. Besides, the scent that is wafting from their bodies is utterly vile and resembles the most primal form of the homo sapiens. People do not become buge by chance but by their own will. Thus, if a buge is to be spotted, he/she will be met with disapproval and utter disgust from nearby people. They can be often spotted wearing NYC caps, high boots (if a female), carrier bags and cheap china town sunglasses.
2.Verb. To buge, the act of buging consists of showing a typical bugis behavior.

1."Hey Viktor, isn't that a buge running down the street?!" "Yes Mark, actually, they're bugis, there are 5 of them!"

2."Viktor you're acting kinda strange, and those clothes you're wearing, hmmm you're buging today!"

SNL Budget Disease

"SNL Budget Disease," or SNL-BD, is a term used to describe when a band or music artist performs as a musical guest on the NBC comedic variety show Saturday Night Live, and spends an absurdly large amount of money on an elaborate set design, other than one of the sets that can be provided for them, that serves little to no purpose to their performance other than to make the artist seem more wealthy, creative, or artistic. Prime examples include sets from multiple performances by Kanye West, Jay-Z's performance on May 8th 2010, and Linkin Park's performance on February 5th 2011.

Boy: Hey, did you see Jay-Z on SNL last night?

Girl: Yeah, I didn't like it. That light fixture was so over-the-top, I think he had SNL Budget Disease for that performance.
