Get the bedroom bully mug.I now declare that the words master bedroom be stricken from the English language.
Unless women are the masters of the house, the best room in the house should not go to the master. I don't know where this term started but I think its time for change.
I think we should take the name of "MASTER" out of the term "Master Bedroom" and change it to either Adult Sleeping Chamber or to Parents Bedroom or to something even better.
The Word "Master" makes me think of slavery and makes it seem that a man is the master of his house, and as such, it is his room. The master's room.
It's chauvinistic, it's bigoted, and it's misogynistic.
