And is in good relations with paperbag man, he can be located in the city of Los Santos and can be seen wearing a leather jacket, Jeans, cowboy hat,and cowboy boots, he typically drives motorcycles and mucle cars and reeks of a stench so foul it might have caused Chernobyl, he is also a complete and total dumbass, oh and he also has a private army of tactical cowboys.
