Named for the long-lasting, deep-sleep enducing affects that Melatonin possesses, combined with its appearance of what one may expect a dinosaur egg to look like.

Egg cement is the general term for any type of cement mixed with the yolk of an egg. The practice is incredibly uncommon, so the phrase has evolved somewhat of a joke definition of having _no_ real meaning, often being spammed in chains on discord servers.
