Term used to describe a good blunt, often resulting in the obtainer of the said blunt passing out.

Jake: "Hey bro, hit this sleep stick!"
Joe: "Alright bro."
(10 minutes later)
Joe: "Zzzz..."
Jake: "Whoa! That sleep stick put him down for the count!"
