Often Used as a name, but in recent years has become a common slang among teenagers to poke fun or make jokes sort of like Bofa or Ligma because it sounds sort of like "Mill Her" or "Milled Her" referring to an act of the sexual nature.

John: " Yo dog do you remember Ms. Miller from school?"
Bradley: "No I don't recall anyone with the last name Miller who is that?"
John: "I Milled her like I did your mom last night AHHHHHHHH GOT EEM!"
