pull a Venkat

Usually referred to during poker, to "pull a Venkat" is to make a serious serious error. I.e. Folding when one has a royal flush without realising it.

One can also pull a Venkat in all aspects of life when one has made a serious or embarrassing error. E.g. when falling over, making a fool of yourself etc...

Oh my dayz that guy just fell over whilst attempting to pop a wheelie on his bicycle....

From the Afrikaans word 'kak' meaning 'shit', but stronger.

'Verkakt' is an American hybrid word used a) when referring to the ultimate let-down; b) referring to the actions of a douchebag; or c) simply as a substitute for 'shit'.
