Rigorramama

I thought this was a known colloquialism but I guess not.

Rigorramama can mean two things:

1. nonsensical or meaningless conversation (synonymous with rigormarole)
2. the same old routine

Yeah school's ass, my mom's in a mental institution, dad's still a heroin addict, but I'm doing pretty good yknow the rigorramama.

She was talking all this rigorramama "I'm not racist, I have so many black friends" and I was so exhausted, I just told her sure if that's what you gotta tell yourself to sleep at night, then left .
