Sye Perkins is a well known scamp and con artist from jayville on the pike. He is also the inventor of the “Circus Peanut” which can be bought at any Sye Perkins locations including, Sye Perkins Tent of Oddities, Sye Perkins Mediocre Circus, Sye Perkins Museum, or Sye Perkins Freak Show.

I do love Sye Perkins but his circus peanuts are the worst candy I’ve ever tasted!
