Lowey, dont mistake it for Chloe, is a sweet and caring girl who anyone would be lucky to spend time with. Her smile warms your heart and her laugh causes joy to all that hears it. She is a brave and courageous girl who does whatever it takes to see others happy. You want lowey as a friend, she would be there for you no matter what. She'll be there for anybody who needs it, and will take the time out of her day to help you out.
