a bizarre alternative of addressing a favored companion when you could have said honey- as this is the way honey is made: bees regurgitate nectar which becomes honey. The phrase was reported on Public Radio as an example of odd words of affection.

A hugely fat/ and or obese person. Hence the word "Beef"-- all of these people are quite beefy indeed.

Everytime I go to Wal-Mart it's so freaking crowded with beefalows that I can barely see!
