baruch plan

After WWII the United States developed a disarmament plan to turn the American stockpile of bombs over to an international agency. President Truman appointed Bernard Baruch who added sanctions against violators and exempt the international agency from the UN veto. The plan preserved the American atomic monopoly for an indefinite future.

The Baruch Plan was influenced by Army Chief of Staff, Dwight Eisenhower.

Brunchfest

A large meal taken in the late morning, but unlike brunch it arises spontaneously, starting with a typical breakfast food such as cereal, then continuing as a kind of help-yourself smorgasbord often involving leftovers from the night before or anything else you can find. Typical brunchfest food: cereal, pizza, toast, salad, cake, chocolate

If I microwave some leftover pizza, but do so at eleven in the morning, would it be classified as breakfast or brunch?
