When you think something is funny so you blow a small amount of air out of your nose instead of laughing; typically, when one "snaughs", they are smiling so they are not confused with "pfft"ing which would make you look like an ass in the wrong context.

When I saw a funny comment on reddit, I snaughed quite a bit.
