Smoker's Despair

The Definition Of Smoker's Despair- When you just light your last cigarette, proceed to take 3 to 4 hits out of it, and once you ash said cigarette...it falls into the snow.

Person 1:"Hey, what is wrong with Jesse today?"

Person 2:"Listen up and listen good. He is completely broke...was down to his last cigarette...and had some bad luck. He succumbed to Smoker's Despair.
