Shilemic-the condition of having Shilemia.
This is not too much unlike the bulimic individual. The shilemic person feels the need to take massive craps frequently and directly after every meal. The root origin of the work comes from shit+emic=shilemic. The only known ease of this condition is to stop eating like an utter and complete pig.
