He/She will go on new date after new date for the company, drinks and meals never really intending on moving forward in a relationship of any depth. He/She dates like some people watch TV perhaps going to breakfast, lunch, dinner several days a week and likely never a third date with the same person. All for free or very near free.
I went out on a great date with a very attractive person only to find out she did that every night with someone new, because she’s a serial dater.
