Phonement

The short amount of time when you freak out about the location of your mobile phone, and are sure its with you.

I was at the pub the otherday and had a phonement. Its okay though I found my phone in my jacket pocket.

(noun) 1.When speaking of the late Edgar Allen Poe, and one finds the social situation remarkably similar to one of his poems. 2.However, some believe the word defines a moment in which you channel Edgar and the moment is inspired by Poe.

A degradory term used to describe mostly uneducated low intelligence individuals of mostly outspoken and aggressive right wing persuasion.the association being in comparing them to lower evolved primates which have longer arms which would be more likely to trail upon pavements when they walked upon them.

The Britain First march saw its usual accompaniment of neo nazi pavement knuckledraggers.

Pavement sweepers

Underwear that has lost the will to stay up. It’s so old and dilapidated, that it threatens to (or indeed actually does) fall down and sweep the pavement. The act of pavement sweeping is when one keeps walking with the aforementioned undergarments around their ankles.

I’ve got to go shopping for new underwear, all I’ve got left are pavement sweepers

Pavement roadkill

When ones old dilapidated underwear finally gives out and falls down in public. This is only an issue if you’re wearing a skirt, dress or kilt. If you choose to step out of it and keep walking you are turning your ancient underwear into pavement roadkill.

I’m going commando today, my underwear is pavement roadkill.
