Abbreviated as SPM, strokes per minute refers to how many jerks an avid masturbator averages in one minute. The higher the SPM, the more skill, although blistering is a serious side-effect of a high SPM.

Pay Per se

"Per se" is a Latin term that means "in itself" or "by itself." When combined with "pay," the phrase "pay per se" is often used to emphasize that payment is the primary or sole consideration, rather than any other factors that may be involved.

For example, if you say "I'm not interested in the perks that come with the job, I just want to be paid fairly, pay per se is what matters most to me," you are emphasizing that your primary concern is the salary or wages you will receive, rather than any other benefits that may be offered.

In other words, "pay per se" means payment itself, without any additional factors or considerations.

Bros per Minute

(n.) Bros per minute or BPM is a very efficient way of measuring the intensity of an argument. As one can tell, it is the amount of uses of the word bro for every minute of an argument. 1-2 BPM shows that an argument may be starting. 3-4 BPM shows that an argument has already started, while 5+ BPM is a intense argument.
Job: "Hey, bro"
Dane: "What did you say bro?"
J: "You heard me, bro!"
D: "Bro! Shut up, bro! You best not be starting something, bro!"

Bystander: "Man that is an intense argument... The Bros Per Minute will soon be over 9000!!"
