Glibbing (Glibbin), is essentially the art of bs-ing something. Mostly used in an unfavorable situation to yield favorable outcomes. What an individual says while they're "glibbin" may or may not be what they really mean/intend to say. The person glibbin can sometimes come off as slick, or even genuine. Often causes someone to be trippin in finesse.
