A subconscious celebrity is a person who can interact with individuals subconsciously. To actually earn this title persons must exhibit conscious subconscious activity. These individuals are viewed upon by all, subconsciously, in a positive manner. Subconscious celebrities are people who are karma neutral. Being karma neutral means their actions are subject to much more stringent “universal” review, meaning their “positive” and “negative” actions are more readily enforced.
