Similar to how an anchor baby is used to immigrants can migrate to a new country, a grapple baby is a more extreme slur to denote when immigrants have children in a country or migrate with them and use them as an excuse to stay while refusing to assimilate or adapt to the culture of the country they move to.
The idea behind this is that people from poor, war torn or unstable countries use their babies as a grappling hook to pull down the country they emigrate to because instead of changing and learning the new views and culture, they're just bringing the problems that made their country so terrible in the first place.
This term is most commonly used against Muslim immigrants who bring over their fundamentalist or extreme beliefs, even going as far to say they want to have sharia law which would supposedly ruin the country they moved to by stripping away lgbt rights and women's rights.
I want to clarify that this is a racist term used to target Muslims and sometimes other groups. I only post the definition so others can know.
