Damplet

One that does not like to work overtime and frequently comes up with excuses as to why said overtime can not be worked. Also acts like he/she has never heard the opportunity existed to work overtime.

"You see that guy? that's a Damplet. He couldn't stay late and work because his cat was sick. He has no cat!!"

"Man, I cant stay late today. I'm building a fire with my buddy this afternoon." (its 110 degrees outside during the summer and you're building a fire.) This is known as pulling a Damplet.
