Referred to in EVERY failblog.org youtube video, commenters will always ask "Did he die?" or "Did she die?" even if the video is not an accident or something non harmful to human life.

A video of a newscaster incorrectly saying a headline will result in being asked if he died. The answer is more than likely no, but people think they are funny by asking the question anyway.

A slang term used to describe a sports gambler who failed at becoming a professional sports gambler.

A person who did not maker it usually think gambling is easy. The person usually have bad money management skill, follows a system, bet with intuition, bet into bad lines, doesn't understand the concept that anything can happens in a sports game, and/or lost ambition to become a professional gambler.

The term is originally introduced by a Canadian poster, fiveteamer, who also made a list of sports gambler that did not make it on an online sports gambling forum.

Pat just lost his entire bankroll at a chalk parlay, he did not make it.

Pico decided to quit gambling, he did not make it.

Did an angel speak?

Did someone just fart? (rhetorical)

This is a humorous way of alluding to a fart that cannot be overheard when in company. It appears in James Joyce's "Portrait of the Artist of a Young Man" when a group of students are discussing various philosophical issues. One of them farts and another of the group asks him: "Did an angel speak?". It is also defined on FartNames.com as "any loud fart in church". Joyce obviously used it humorously, aware of its religious connotations.
